By registering for or participating in the Jeep Beach Neon Nights Show & Shine, all participants agree to the terms below. These rules exist to keep the night safe, fair and enjoyable for everyone.
1. Vehicle eligibility
This is a Jeep-only event. All participating vehicles must be Jeep-branded, any model or year.
Non-Jeep vehicles will not be permitted to participate in the Show & Shine and may be denied entry without refund.
2. Participant conduct
All participants, passengers and guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
No explicit, offensive or inappropriate music is permitted. Music content must be family-friendly.
Excessive revving, burnouts, reckless driving or unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol consumption must comply with venue rules and all applicable laws.
3. Warnings, removal and enforcement
Event staff and planners reserve the sole and absolute discretion to enforce all rules.
Participants may be issued one verbal or written warning for rule violations. Any second violation, or refusal to comply after a warning, may result in the participant being asked to leave the premises immediately.
Severe misconduct may result in immediate removal without warning. No refunds will be issued for removals or disqualifications.
4. Show & Shine voting rules
Voting is on-site only. Votes cast by individuals not physically present at the event, including online, remote or coordinated off-site voting, will result in automatic disqualification of the associated vehicle.
Any attempt to manipulate, falsify or unfairly influence voting results may result in disqualification at the discretion of event staff.
5. Judging and awards
The Show & Shine is a crowd-voted competition. All judging decisions and final results are final and non-negotiable.
Jeep Beach reserves the right to withhold awards if rules are violated.
6. Safety and liability
Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their vehicle, property and personal belongings.
Jeep Beach, event organizers, sponsors, vendors and the venue assume no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Jeep Beach and all affiliated parties from any claims arising from participation in the event.
7. Photography and media release
By participating, you grant Jeep Beach permission to photograph, video and record your vehicle and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Media captured may be used in future Jeep Beach promotions, social media and advertising.
8. Event modifications and cancellation
Jeep Beach reserves the right to modify event rules, schedules, layout or activities at any time.
The event may be delayed, modified or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond control.
9. Agreement to terms
Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification, removal from the event, or denial of future participation.
