The exact wording
Under DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS / LOCATIONS / VEHICLES, your certificate must name Daytona International Speedway, LLC, Renter and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies as additional insureds, alongside Jeep Beach Inc.
Certificates that name only Jeep Beach, or only the Speedway, get sent back. Give your agent both addresses above.
