Load-in
Where
- Enter through Gate 40 on South Williamson Blvd
- All vendors and workers must report to vendor registration to sign for credentials
When
- Vendor check-in opens on the Monday of event week at 9:00 AM
- Large vendors and haulers should arrive early — space gets tight
- All vendors must be show-ready for Friday morning opening
Show hours
- Main Event vendor days are Friday and Saturday
- Show hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Load-in gates, dates and times are set by Jeep Beach and the Speedway each cycle. Confirm your times against the credential packet you receive with approval.
