Gate 40, credentials, and being show-ready by 8 AM.
Load-in dates below are from the last published vendor packet. Jeep Beach and the Speedway set the JB27 gates, dates and times closer to the event.
The rules that don't change
Check-in
- All vendors and workers report to vendor registration to sign for credentials, at Gate 40
- Enter through Gate 40 on South Williamson Blvd
- Vendor check-in opens the Monday of event week at 9:00 AM
Load-in order
- Large vendors and haulers load in first — arrive early, space gets tight
- All vendors check in and load in the day before the main event and must be show-ready Friday morning
- Rig parking from the Saturday before the event is $150 flat, parking only, no sleeping in rigs
Show mornings
- All vendors set up and ready by 8:00 AM Friday and Saturday
- Vendor area entrances close at 8:00 AM — no vehicle access to your booth after that
- Gate 40 closes at 9:00 AM; later workers report to Gate 70 with a vendor pass or pay participant entry
In the booth
- Every vendor vehicle must have a vendor pass on the windshield. Without it you register as a participant to drive into the Speedway.
- Vehicles in booths stay in the booth during show hours — in by 8 AM, out after 5 PM or once spectators clear.
- Engines may not be cranked during show hours.
- Loud music is not permitted at your booth during show hours.
- Alcohol is not permitted at your booth.
- Per Speedway food and beverage contracts, do not distribute food or beverages to spectators. No beverage samples.
